Beautiful place, I was blown away by the atmosphere and the variety of animals.
The mix of art and aquarium is amazing. It is really something unique and I would definitely not mind going there again.
They have a bunch of animals, there is even a section where they have the turtles walking around freely. So don’t trip over them.
Some enclosures, however, seem a little bit small. Especially the one up on the roof. Though that is an ongoing problem with zoos in general.
Must if you're in Kobe. The building is well designed and offers different themed viewings.
You can also enjoy Kobe beef on the ground floor cafeteria. There is also a cafe on the roof top with an amazing view of Kobe port.
Highlight of my trip to Kobe! A unique artsy aquarium and a delicious food hall. The aquarium is open until 8 pm and the food hall is open until 10 pm so it’s a perfect afternoon / evening activity!
An art museum combined with aquarium. This place is amazing. Everything is beautiful and stunning. Highly recommend to everyone when coming to Kobe.
It is a small acquarium with many precious species of fish, animals and amphibians. I saw many of these rare species the first time.
Very good place for a date! The mix between the aquarium and the art is amazing! I will go again!
Amazing restaurant court called TOOTH MART by Potomak and a fantastic aquarium called ‘ a to a アトア’ are brand new opened.
You should come here and experience the water front of Kobe port.
I read a negative review but I had pre-booked through a special hotel deal so I was definitely planning to go. I went and am so happy I did. It’s really a magical place. We went in the evening and then had dinner at the Tooth Market. It was so empty and we had time to really enjoy the individual fish and how they were displayed.
